You might have heard people say, becoming a parent means saying GOODBYE to YOUR SLEEP. This should not be the case! Let’s work together to lay the foundations of great and healthy sleep for you and your precious little one.
Are you exhausted and tired of multiple night wakes, constant catnapping, feeding or rocking to sleep, early wake-ups, or unsure of how to end co-sleeping? This package was designed to help you establish healthy sleep habits while providing a nurturing and calm environment.
As your child grows and develops, you might start to see changes in their sleep that can create setbacks. This age can be tricky as they are learning the world around them and constantly pushing boundaries. Are you tired of bedtime struggles, requests keep coming “one more story”, “one more sip of water”. Perhaps a move to the big bed, or maybe your child has never been a good sleeper? You might wonder if your child’s sleep can be resolved? YES, IT CAN!
This package provides you with the education, advice, and assistance you need to help settle your baby to sleep. We provide guidance and support by implementing gentle changes to ensure we set them on the right path to developing healthy sleep habits. The comprehensive guide takes the guesswork out and provides you with easy-to-follow newborn strategies and tools.

The Nurture Package is designed to get your little one sleeping 11 to 12 hours a night! This package is designed to help you tackle challenges you currently face while providing a nurturing and responsive environment.
This involves a detailed questionnaire about your baby’s current sleep habits that you will submit prior to our meeting. (This will help make the most of our time together).
We will go over the comprehensive sleep plan to suit your baby’s sleep needs and tackle any issues that you are currently dealing with. Some common issues can be things such as: night-waking’s, early risings, bedtime struggles, long awake windows during the day and night, short or no naps, ending co-sleeping etc.
The sleep plan will be specific to your baby’s needs. It will cover a step-by-step sleep plan that I will send to you prior to our phone consult. Where we will discuss in detail and answer any questions you may have.
A shared 14-day interactive document to track your baby’s progress where I can review and discuss with you on a daily basis.
Includes 4 phone calls – scheduled during the first two weeks of implementing the sleep plan AND message support twice daily.
When our time has come to an end, I will provide you with a goodbye email and going forward information on what to expect and how to navigate any changes.

The Blossom package is designed for our spirited older toddlers & children with blossoming personalities! Many parents feel they have tried it all and face constant bedtime struggles. Our package is designed to troubleshoot these common hurdles that will get you and your child the sleep you all deserve.
This involves a detailed questionnaire about your child’s current sleep habits that you will submit prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
We will go over your customised comprehensive sleep plan and discuss strategies, troubleshoot issues you are currently dealing with or any other specific issues you might be encountering.
The sleep plan will be specific to your child’s needs. It will cover a step-by-step sleep plan where we will discuss in detail and answer any questions you may have.

3 hours of in-home support to guide, support, and implement the program. The first night is usually the toughest because change for a child is difficult. With in-home support, I will join you prior to your child’s recommended bedtime and stay with you every step of the way. This will take place in the comfort of your home. We will begin your journey to healthy sleep together.

I offer a discount for twins or siblings that need help with their sleep. My packages will help EVERYONE in your household get peaceful sleep.
